Hardware warranty
Our hardware systems benefit of hardware warranty of at least 2 years on-center. On-center service requires you to submit the broken components to our support centre. Other hardware warranty possibilities:
- Extension of on-center warranty to 3, 4 or 5 years
- Extension of on-site NBD warranty to 3, 4 or 5 years (Next Business Day, intervention of a technician on-site within 1 working day)

Software support
Our cluster systems benefit of at least 6 months of remote software support. Due to this service, our technicians can connect over Internet to your systems and offer support very quickly.
